Ronda Ching Day, born and raised in Hawaii, is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley. After spending ten years in the San Francisco Bay Area where she launched her real estate career in 1985, Ronda returned to her roots in Hawaii. She specializes in advising clients on strategic improvements and renovations for residential and commercial properties, significantly increasing property equity. With over 20 years of full-time experience, Ronda has developed expertise in complex transactions, including 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, probate, foreclosures, short sales negotiations, and loan workouts. She excels in helping first-time homebuyers obtain down payment assistance and guiding investors through various real estate transactions. Ronda is adept at assisting VA clients with purchases, sales, and the extremely complicated process of VA loan assumption procedures. Prior to moving to The Agency-Oahu, Ronda’s outstanding performance earned her a place in the top 5% of Coldwell Banker agents nationwide, recognition as an International President’s Circle member, and the title of Global Luxury agent. She has received multiple accolades from the Honolulu Board of Realtors, including the Aloha Aina People’s Choice Award, and is an A-List Top Producer with the Asian Real Estate Association of America. A founding Director and past President of the Hawaii Chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association (AREAA ALOHA), Ronda also serves on the Board of the Global Real Estate Alliance and is a member of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii.
